Terms of use

Agreement
These terms govern use of Dueboard at dueboards.com (the “Service”). The Service is provided by Dueboard. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. Support contact: dueboard@agentmail.to only — no live chat and no phone callbacks.
The Service
Dueboard is software for UK bookkeepers and sole practitioners to import company numbers and view accounts and confirmation-statement (CS01) deadlines on one board, with estimated Companies House late-accounts penalties for private companies and LLPs (£150 / £375 / £750 / £1,500 bands per GOV.UK — labelled estimates, not legal advice; may double if accounts were late in two successive years). CS01 dates are for chase only; there is no automatic CS01 late-filing tariff like the accounts penalty.
Companies House already sends free filing reminders per company. Dueboard does not replace those reminders or official Companies House systems. Dueboard is not affiliated with or endorsed by Companies House.
Plans and payment
- Free — up to 3 companies.
- Solo — £12 per month for up to 120 companies, billed via Stripe Checkout when payments are connected.
Plan limits are enforced in the product. Paid subscriptions renew until cancelled through the Stripe Customer Portal (or by contacting support if portal access fails). Taxes may apply as configured in Stripe.
Your account and data
You must provide accurate signup details and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for company numbers you import and for how you use deadline and penalty estimates with clients. We store account and watchlist data to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy notice.
Companies House data
Company profiles and filing history come from the Companies House public data API when configured. Public data can be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. Dueboard does not invent filings when the API is unavailable. Always verify critical deadlines with Companies House or your own records before filing.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- probe, overload, or disrupt the Service or its providers;
- attempt to access other users’ accounts or data;
- use the Service for unlawful monitoring or spam;
- misrepresent Dueboard as official Companies House software.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is”. Deadline dates, filing history, and late-accounts penalty figures are informational aids only and are not legal, accounting, or filing advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dueboard is not liable for missed filings, Companies House penalties, or consequential loss arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms, if payment fails on a paid plan, or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion by emailing dueboard@agentmail.to.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected by the date above. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers may have mandatory local rights.
